Laugavegur Trail

Intermediate

Iceland · Iceland Highlands

Iceland's signature multi-day trek, the Laugavegur crosses rainbow rhyolite mountains, black volcanic deserts, snow patches, and lush glacial valleys in just a few days. Few trails on Earth change geological character this quickly, which is why it is often described as one of the most otherworldly hikes anywhere.
